NTTA Quality Secured is a customer care quality scheme monitored and operated by the National Trailer and Towing Association Limited who are the official trade association for the UK light trailer and towbar industry.

How does a company become a Quality Secured member?
We, as a member company of the QS scheme, are visited at least once a year for a thorough inspection by independent assessors. This assessment reviews a number of different aspects of our company. These include customer service, workshop practice, customer complaints, staff knowledge & training etc. Only successful completion of the inspection allows us to be awarded our annual Quality Secured accreditation.
How does Quality Secured help me the customer?
The NTTA Quality Secured scheme is here to give you confidence when using any of the services or buying goods from a Quality Secured member company. We want you to feel safe in the knowledge that by using our services as a QS member company you are dealing with an accredited company that will always try to give you the best service possible.
