Hardtop cover for Erde 160, 161, 162 & 163

Description

The DCP160 is a lockable lid which is great for keeping the contents of your Erde 160, 161, 162 or 163 trailer safe, secure and dry. The DCP160 gives extra volume by adding an additional 20cms of height to your Erde 162, 163, 160 or 161. The DCP160 hardtop has lockable catches at the rear which are ready to be bolted to your Erde 163, 162, 161 or 160 trailer.

The DCP160 hard top for the Erde trailers model 161, 162, 163 or 160 has an ABS body and galvanised steel frame. Opening the DCP160 lid is effortless with the help of the lid support that will also hold the lid in place like a vehicle boot lid. It is simply to fit using mounting holes already drilled on the Erde trailer so no need to add any holes onto the Erde 162, 163, 161 or 160 trailer plus the hardcover can then be easily removed if the lid is temporarily not needed.

Erde Load bars BC001 can then be fitted to allow bicycles carried on top of the Erde 162, 161, 160 or 163. However, it is not recommended to open the hard cover with bicycles on top. This will prevent the lid from holding itself open and will shorten the life of the lid support.
