Water Resistant Al-ko Braked Single Axle 1601kg to 1800kg

All made to measure axles have hot dip galvanised tubes & brackets.

Water Resistant Braked Axles feature maintenance-free water resistant bearings and bowden cables as standard.

Please complete the information required to produce the correct axle. The dimension ‘A’ is to the centre of the holes in the mounting brackets and ‘C’ is the outer hub face dimension. You will need to let us know the PCD of the wheels you are using and the maximum gross weight you would like the axle(s) to be made to. Pitch Circle Diameter *.

The Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) is the diameter of the circle which passes through the centre of all the studs, wheel bolts or wheel rim holes.

The easiest way calculate the PCD is as follows:

Identify the size of rim or tyre size. (This helps to narrow down the likely PCD sizes)
Measure the distance 'S' between two adjacent studs from the centre of each hole.
Using the relevant formula below (depending on how many studs/holes you have) enter the measurement of 'S' and calculate the PCD
Depending on how accurately the measurement of 'S' has been the PCD should equal one included in the table below. This table should also be able to help identify the correct PCD if 'S' in a few milimeters out.

Note: Imperial sizes are commonly used on UK trailers whereas European trailers use metric.

Delivery times vary dependent on axle type, usually around 19 working days (4 weeks). This can be confirmed when the drawing is approved. Please note that as this is a bespoke item, made to your specifications, it cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

As soon as we have received your order we will forward the dimensions to Al-ko so a drawing can be produced. Once the drawing is ready we will forward this to you for your confirmation that all the measurements are correct. Once conformation is received the axle will be put into production and a we will let you know a firm delivery date.
