Thule EasyFold XT 3 is everything you’d wish for in a towbar mounted bike rack. It safely carries three bikes to any destination, but when folded it’s no bigger than a normal suitcase and can be conveniently stowed away in your car or at home. With Thule EasyFold XT3, fitting the rack to your car and loading your bikes couldn’t be simpler thanks to a range of user-friendly features. The mounting on the towbar requires minimum effort thanks to the innovative coupling and securing the rack to the car is a breeze. The bikes are easy to load and unload, and with the optional loading ramp, it’s even easier. Once your bikes are loaded, the boot will still be accessible thanks to the smart tilting mechanism.
The Easyfold XT3 is a durable and high-capacity bike rack which can transport all sorts of bikes, from light road bikes to mountain bikes, e-bikes, or even fat bikes. The detachable frame holders can be adjusted individually to fit different types of bikes, and “click” as soon as the optimal torque is reached, ensuring that sensitive frames are not damaged. Like all Thule bike racks, Thule EasyFold XT3 has been tested extensively in the Thule Test Centre as well as in real life to make sure your bikes will be carried safely and securely wherever you want to go.
Made out of a combination of aluminium and high-tensile lightweight materials, weighs only 23.1 kg. The Thule Easyfold XT3 can carry up to 60 kg with a maximum single bike weight of 30kg. The rack will take frames from 22mm to 80mm, a maximum tyre width of 7.5cm(3″). The maximum wheelbase is 1300mm and wheel size of 29″
Please note that this bike rack will not fit vehicles with a rear external spare wheel.
