The unit was of good quality well-made unit
It worked well but had a few small problems fitting the unit itself to an existing trailer I needed one with side fixing holes Coupling to fit 50mm wide box and to line up with the existing holes on the trailer I needed to redrill holes to suit the trailer (The trailer was from Poland originally )
the bolts supplied for fixing were the incorrect size to bolt the coupling unit onto the existing trailer frame should have been 12mm, Dia
Then Drilling out the rear hole 12mm Dia approx 6mm further apart. This was not easy but I did get it to work in the end
all the parts arrived on time at the correct cost I can not complain about the service from Western towing
